Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Time All DMZ Apparel products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping to the EU EU orders are shipped from the United States via DHL Express or FedEx International. Estimated delivery times after production:

• Western & Northern EU (France, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, etc.): 3–5 business days
• Central & Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, etc.): 4–7 business days

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. DMZ Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your ship date, please contact us at customersupport@dmz-apparel.com and we'll investigate right away.
